The Franchisee will be involved in -

1) sourcing real estate buy and sell postings from their region to keralarealestate.com
2) generating banner and other advertisements from his region
3) servicing real-estate clients in their region
4) generating information and content from their region

What he will get -

He will earn a handsome income from a portion of advertising income generated from his region
He can earn fees for enabling transactions

What he should have -

a) an existing business with at least 3 years' reputation
b) an office in the main center of his region which is well connected
c) own telephone/s
d) at lease 3 computers with fairly good configuration
e) Internet connection
